These are the terms and conditions ("Rules") that apply to the Sides Sidemen Charity Match Competition ("Promotion"). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Sides Privacy Notice at https://www.eatsides.com/legals
Promoter: Hero Sidz Ltd (trading as Sides), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registered company number 13620983 and registered office address at 378-380 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY (“Sides”).
The Promotion opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 3rd March 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31st March 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
a. Entrants must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom and at least 16 years of age at the time of entry.
b. Proof of age and eligibility may be required.
c. The winner will be responsible for redeeming and using the prize within the allocated timeframe.
d. Sides reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Sides reasonably considers necessary.
Not eligible:
(i) Employees of Sides or any associated companies;
(ii) Immediate family and/or household members of those individuals;
(iii) Anyone professionally involved in the administration of the Promotion.
a. During the Entry Period, customers who place an order using Sides Loyalty will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
b. Customers who purchase the KSI Creator Bundle within the Entry Period will receive one (1) additional entry per qualifying purchase.
c. Each qualifying order placed during the Entry Period constitutes a valid entry.
d. There is no limit on the number of entries per person, provided each entry relates to a separate qualifying order.
There are seven (7) prizes available.
Each prize consists of:
A total of seven (7) winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one pair of tickets.
a. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
b. If necessary due to circumstances beyond Sides’ control, Sides reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
c. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
a. All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be entered into a randomly generated draw.
b. Seven (7) winners will be selected at random.
c. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Entry Period closing.
a. Winners will be contacted using the contact details associated with their loyalty account or order.
b. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.
c. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Sides reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
d. Sides is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by entrants.
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree that in the event of a win, Sides may use the winner’s name and image for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sides will not be liable for:
(i) any loss not caused by Sides;
(ii) any loss caused by events beyond Sides’ reasonable control;
(iii) loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings or goodwill;
(iv) technical failures affecting entry submission.
Nothing in these Rules excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Sides reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by law.
Sides reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be breaching these Rules or acting in a manner contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.
The surname and county of residence of winners may be made available upon request, in accordance with applicable law. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the closing date by emailing hello@eatsides.com. Winners may object to disclosure, but Sides may still provide details to regulatory authorities if legally required.
The Promotion and these Rules are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
